Sports Massage can be a great tool for recovery, maintenance and repairing, Most Sports Massages are 30 minutes I offer both 30 minutes (ideal for very specific injury treatment) or 60 minutes which is perfect for specific injury treatment but then also address the other areas that will have been impacted by your injury.

Deep tissue can be restorative, relaxing and repairing, not as intense as a sports massage butt is an excellent massage to deal with stubborn aches, pains and knots.

Fire Cupping
Traditional Chinese Medicine, despite how it looks this is a relaxing massage but less intrusive or painful than a sports or deep tissue massage. The marks will fade within 7 days. I use fire cups rather than suction cups.

At Revive & Relax Massage, I provide a deep relaxation experience that will rejuvenate your mind and body. I'll use warmed oils & waxes, long, medium to firm full body strokes to soothe your muscles and promote relaxation. I have a warm and safe environment for clients to de-stress and unwind. My goal is to help you achieve optimal health and wellness through our customised massage technique. Your choice of music (or none at all), oil or wax and of course the firmness of touch, from light to firm is entirely your choice.
